  • I haven’t received the invoice for my order. What do I do?

  • Why was my Card declined?

If you are having issues completing a card payment, first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/limit to complete the transaction. Kindly contact your bank to help you verify these details.

Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. All card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your information after your order is completed, it is processed directly by our payment partners into our bank.

  • What happens next after customer misses a delivery

We call before a delivery is attempted just for ease but if you have missed a delivery, worry not! We will attempt to deliver your order again on or before next two working days.

  • Do I need to show an ID during delivery?

Customer would not necessarily be asked to provide an ID if phone number of the receiver corresponds with what we have on our system. If someone else is picking up the item, kindly notify us with the requisite details.

Different resolutions can occur depending on the exact issue. But in all cases, MagnumDeals will offer support and will try to offer a resolution quickly, such as a repair, replacement, refund upon return, instant refund, or other form of compensation as applicable.
